Rachel returned from her trip to Australia today.

Painting the house

Despite the snow made a start on painting the house.   Gerry came over to give me a hand.  We started yesterday.

15 loads a day - this was one of two teams in Kirk Michael shifting the snow from the village and dumping it in the glen.

All roads in and out of Kirk Michael are impassable.
Can't believe that their is no snow in Douglas!
Dad had to cancel - he could have flown in but there was no way of getting here form the airport.

Snow day

Seems like Mad March just got madder.
60mph winds and it has been snowing for over 12 hours.
Couldn't get to work today  :-)
